桂林理工大学现有3个博士后科研流动站，2014年“地质资源与地质工程”和“环境科学与工程”两个学科同时获批设立博士后科研流动站，2019年“材料科学与工程”学科获批设立博士后科研流动站，我校博士后科研流动站已实现了对博士点授予权学科的全覆盖。截止目前，在这三个学科领域内，我校的3个流动站均为广西区内唯一且首次获得设站资格的站点。

自2015年开始招收博士后进站以来，我校已累计招收博士后近30名，进站博士后越来越年轻化、国际化，来自海内外知名高校的人才数量也逐步增多。博士后队伍不仅成为了我校发展不可缺少的生力军，而且与学校高水平人才团队建设互补互促。2019年，学校对博士后管理制度进行了修订完善，形成了包括国家资助博士后、师资博士后、自筹经费博士后和联合培养博士后4个类别的博士后队伍建设体系，博士后管理工作日趋完善。

桂林理工大学博士后制度的建立、发展和完善以及博士后工作的有序开展，得益于全国博士后管理委员会、中国博士后科学基金会和自治区人力资源和社会保障厅的大力支持和指导，同时也得益于学校对博士后流动站建设的高度重视和科学谋划。下一步，学校将进一步加大博士后流动站和博士后队伍建设力度，为服务国家经济社会发展和建设壮美广西做出更多、更大的贡献！　 

Guilin University of Technology currently has 3 postdoctoral research centers, including major studies in 3 major disciplines, Environmental Science and Engineering, Geological Resources and Geological Engineering founded in 2014, and Materials Science and Engineering in 2019. The 3 major disciplines account for 100% first-level discipline doctoral programs. It’s worth noting that the 3 centers are the only ones in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region that have obtained the qualification to set up postdoctoral research centers of the above disciplines.

Since the enrollment of the first postdoctoral fellow in 2015, the University has recruited approximately 30 postdoctoral fellows and the number of young talents from well-known universities at home and abroad is increasing. The postdoctoral fellows has not only become an indispensable force for the development of the University, but also complements and promotes the construction of high-level talent team. In 2019, the University revised and perfected the postdoctoral management system, and formed a set of postdoctoral construction system of 4 categories, including State-funded postdoctoral fellow, Reserved faculty member postdoctoral fellow, Self-funded postdoctoral fellow and Joint-cultivated postdoctoral fellow.

The establishment, orderly development and improvement of the postdoctoral system of Guilin University of Technology benefit from the strong support and guidance of the China Postdoctoral Management Committee, China Postdoctoral Science Found and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, as well as the high attention and scientific plan of the University to the construction of the postdoctoral research centers. In the upcoming future, the University will further strengthen the construction of postdoctoral research center and postdoctoral fellow team, and pledge to make greater contribution to China and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region’s economic and social development.
